Why country-specific? PayPal's 4.4% international rate hits everyone, but local FX spreads, P2P liquidity for cashing out USDT, and tax treatment differ wildly. A USDT cash-out via Bybit P2P in Turkey or Philippines is near-instant and very liquid; in Vietnam or Mexico the spread is slightly wider. Each country page reflects this.
